The conversation will feature chef Henrique Fogaça, who will share his personal experience with cannabidiol (CBD) as a treatment for his daughter.

Alongside him will be Fabrício Penafiel, from the Bem Bolado brand. The discussion, mediated by communicator Luana Ferreira, will address cannabis as a well-being tool, also exploring its cultural and spiritual aspects.

Overview of Virada Zen 2025

The lecture is part of a larger event, Virada Zen, which in 2025 comes with the theme of "occupying São Paulo in unexpected ways". The festival offers over 600 free activities focused on mental health, self-awareness, and well-being, seeking to integrate art, consciousness, and socializing.

The program is varied, including practical experiences, theater plays, movies, concerts, and roundtable discussions. On Friday (24), for example, the morning starts at 7 am at CCSP with "WAKE", a morning party without alcohol, celebrating 10 years within the event.

Several names are confirmed in the general program, including Monja Coen, Max Tovar, Sri Prem Baba, Murilo Gun, Baby do Brasil, Alexandre Cumino, Izabella Camargo, Marcelo Jeneci, and Renata Mozzini.
