The Federation of Therapeutic Cannabis Associations (FACT) is conducting the study "Recognition of the Plural Operation of Associations". The initiative has an open form with the aim of, in the entity's words, "consolidating a solid base of information and strengthening our representativeness with society and the government".
According to FACT, the survey aims to:
- Generate official data on the operation of associations, essential to demonstrate their social, economic, and health relevance.
- Prepare the sector for future judicial and/or governmental regulation, defending the interests and rights of the associations.
- Advance in self-regulation, improving and disseminating good associative practices that ensure safety, quality, credibility, and comprehensive treatment of individuals.
