First International Cannabis Congress in Sports and Quality of Life to take place in November
The event is a pioneer in Brazil and worldwide in addressing medicinal cannabis in sports and promoting quality of life.

On November 20-21, 2021, the Ciceq, I International Cannabis Congress in Sports and Quality of Life, will take place entirely online. The event is the first in Brazil and the world to address the theme of Medicinal Cannabis in physical exercise, sports, and the promotion of quality of life.
The objective of the event is to bring together various professionals working in the fields of Exercise and Sports Medicine, Nutrition, Integrative Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine to discuss the role of Cannabis as a great ally and even protagonist in improving performance, health, and well-being.
Ciceq is an initiative of myGrazz, in partnership with Atleta Cannabis and Icons.

The event
In its first edition, Ciceq will feature more than 20 panels and over 15 highly renowned speakers, distributed in conferences, symposiums, and round tables.
Among the featured names are Dr. Pedro Pierro, a neurosurgeon and scientific director of Sechat, Paulo Barone, a specialist in orthopedics, traumatology, and sports biomechanics, Dr. Wellington Briques, an integrative physician at the Brazilian Center of Reference in Cannabinoid Medicine and Director of Global Medical Affairs at Canopy Growth, and Dr. Paula Dall’Stella, one of the most recognized professionals in the treatment of chronic diseases with cannabis-based medications in Brazil.

The event will address topics such as the role of the endocannabinoid system in lifestyle, pain, inflammation, and anxiety in physical exercise practitioners and athletes, anti-doping control, among others.
