Niny relata maternidade solo e uso medicinal da cannabis no Deusa Cast

The comedian, presenter, and actress Niny Magalhães, also known as Mãe Vida Loka, participated in Deusa Cast and shared a story marked by solo motherhood, resilience, and breaking stigmas surrounding medicinal cannabis.

Raised in an evangelical home, Niny recounted facing family resistance when she began using the plant. Her mother, religious and extremely cautious, had difficulty accepting cannabis, despite always using traditional medicinal plants from the forest. According to the artist, it was necessary to demonstrate, in practice, that cannabis was "just another plant," with therapeutic potential and responsible use.

The change in perception came after the improvement of symptoms Niny faced. With the results, the family began to understand cannabis from a medicinal perspective, incorporating its use in a conscious and safe manner. The experience and the results spoke louder than any prejudice, according to Niny.

In addition to her personal account, Niny also highlighted her social project aimed at mothers, an initiative that directly relates to her journey. Recently, she released a documentary about real motherhood, in which she addresses the challenges of solo motherhood, the absence of paternal participation, and the emotional and financial burden faced by thousands of women in Brazil.

In the documentary, Niny states that cannabis was an important ally in her resilience process, helping with stress management, mental health, and building a more balanced routine for raising her child alone. The account reinforces the debate about the medicinal use of cannabis as a care tool, especially in contexts of emotional vulnerability.
