4th Brazilian Congress on Medical Cannabis starts this Thursday (22) in São Paulo
Scientific event brings together more than 100 national and international speakers at Expo Center Norte and addresses the therapeutic use of cannabis in various specialties
The 4th edition of the Brazilian Congress on Medical Cannabis, considered the main scientific and professional event in Latin America focused on the medicinal use of cannabis, begins this Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo (SP).
With a program running until Saturday, May 24, the congress gathers over 100 renowned speakers, both Brazilian and foreign, and expects to receive around 1,200 attendees.
Program will address specialties and new technologies
Focusing on innovation, science, and professional updates, the event is structured into six thematic modules, organized by day:

Vet Cannabis – veterinary use of cannabis;
Business Cannabis – market and entrepreneurship;
- Friday (23)
Agro and Tech Cannabis – cultivation and technology;
MedCan Endocannabinoid System – physiology and scientific research;
- Saturday (24) – Exclusive for healthcare professionals
Odonto Cannabis – dental use of cannabis;
MedCan Specialties – clinical applications in various areas of medicine;

Parallel event: Medical Cannabis Fair 2025
Alongside the congress, the 4th edition of the Medical Cannabis Fair is also taking place, the largest fair in Latin America focused on medical cannabis and industrial hemp. The fair is expected to attract over 5,000 visitors, with more than 100 exhibiting brands and 50 exclusive experiences focused on research, innovation, and business.
