According to Londoño, despite the variety, there was a gap: solutions that truly resonated with his vision of human care.

From these observations, a structured research and development process began. With a dedicated team, the focus shifted to understanding, in-depth, which elements would be effective and safe for the skin.

Before the launch, the products created by him were tested by himself, as well as family, friends, and collaborators. The strategy aimed to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the solutions before entering the market.
