On May 16th, at 3 PM, Anvisa will hold a virtual seminar on clinical research in medicinal cannabis. With the online broadcast, the agency aims to guide companies and professionals on the creation and conduct of clinical studies for registration purposes, to demonstrate the efficacy and safety of cannabis-derived products for medicinal use. Participants will even be able to engage in real-time by sending questions about the topic during the event.
No prior registration is required; just click the link: https://teams.microsoft.com/dl/launcher/launcher.html, which will be available at the start time of the event.
The Anvisa Webinar is a new format used by the agency to discuss technical topics with its users. The idea is to create a virtual conference, broadcast over the internet, where participants can interact through a messaging service, such as a chat, and send questions to the speaker. The videos will be available to watch later, at any time. To learn more about other webinars, visit: https://www.gov.br/anvisa/pt-br/assuntos/educacaoepesquisa/webinar.
