On March 28th, the city of Ribeirão Pires hosts the first edition of ExpoABC: Access, Well-being, and Cannabis — a free event that aims to broaden the discussion on medical cannabis, public policies, innovation, and economic development in Greater ABC.

Organized by Flor da Vida Association, with the support of Ribeirão Pires City Hall and the institutional support of the Economic Development Agency of Greater ABC, the initiative is born with the purpose of democratizing access to qualified information about the medicinal use of cannabis and addressing historical prejudices through scientific evidence and patient testimonials.

Historical milestone in access to medical cannabis

The first edition of ExpoABC also celebrates the first year of operation of Brazil's first public medical cannabis clinic, a result of the partnership between Flor da Vida Association and Ribeirão Pires City Hall — a milestone in access to cannabis therapy in the country.

The event seeks to consolidate Greater ABC's leadership in the discussion on public health, regulation, and socio-economic development related to cannabis.
