Cannect is looking for a Supervisor of Customer Service and Sales in São Paulo, SP (On-Site Model).
Main activities:
- Responsible for leading, training, and empowering the sales team;
- Generate performance reports for customer service;
- Align and define service priorities;
- Identify process improvement opportunities;
- Generate indicator monitoring reports.
Requirements and desired skills:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Experience in leading and managing customer service teams (support and sales);
- Ability to manage indicators;
- Knowledge of the sector will be a plus.
Location and schedule:
- Itaim Bibi, São Paulo, SP
