The 20th edition of Reatech + Expo Brasil Paralímpico will host the event "Cannabis in Focus: Health and Inclusion" on November 8th (Saturday) at São Paulo Expo. With free participation upon registration, the initiative will bring together experts, patients, and companies.

The goal is to discuss the scientific, legal, and social advances of the therapeutic use of medical cannabis in Brazil, focusing on quality of life and inclusion. The arena's proposal is to promote a dialogue with a humanized approach. The event will integrate medical guidance and real experiences from families and patients.

The program is aimed at healthcare professionals such as doctors, psychologists, and pharmacists; family members and caregivers; clinic and NGO managers. Also, students and professionals in the fields of Law, Pharmacy, and Social Sciences interested in public health policies.

The event is held in partnership with the Flor da Vida Medicinal Cannabis Association, from Franca (SP). The organization has been providing clinical, legal, and emotional support to patients since 2019. Among the speakers are representatives from the association.

The discussions will be structured around thematic pillars, including: "Social Inclusion and the right to treatment: the role of associations" and "The role of support in treatment monitoring". Other topics include "Medical Cannabis and People with Disabilities" and "Legal and ethical aspects". The debate concludes with "Scientific advances and clinical data" and "Routes of administration and self-care".
