It will be another opportunity for patients, consumers, healthcare professionals, and other interested parties in the topic of Cannabis for medicinal purposes to clarify their doubts with one of the first prescribing doctors of the therapy in Brazil and one of the most renowned specialists on the subject.

It will be an informative and relaxed chat about how medicinal Cannabis can help in the treatment of various health problems. "We consider the technical clarification of doubts, from the simplest to complex issues, as a fundamental tool in the dissemination of quality information and, especially, in welcoming people who often find themselves distressed, with no one to turn to," says the doctor, who is a partner and Scientific Director of Sechat. "We can say that, for a good part of them, this moment becomes their first access to the topic of medicinal Cannabis use."
Doctor Pedro Pierro: one of the first prescribers of medicinal cannabis use in Brazil
Pedro Pierro has been working with medicinal Cannabis for over seven years, being one of the first prescribing doctors of the therapy in Brazil. In addition to practical experience on the subject, he has participated in numerous congresses and courses in Brazil and abroad, including activities with the Israeli researcher considered the "father of medicinal Cannabis," Raphael Mechoulam.
