Ministry of Human Rights officializes funding for autonomy and social inclusion project in the Official Gazette
The Ministry of Human Rights and Citizenship (MDHC), through the National Secretariat for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, formalized a Support Agreement in the amount of R$ 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand reais). The partnership extract was published in the Official Gazette of the Union.


 

The entity receiving the federal financial incentive is the Associação Terapêutica Cannabis Medicinal Flor da Vida. The agreement aims to promote and guarantee the rights of persons with disabilities through actions focused on strengthening the autonomy and social inclusion of the community served.


 

The amount transferred comes from the Federal General Budget, without requiring financial matching from the organization.


 

Formalized for a one-year period — from July 2026 to July 2027 —, the agreement establishes the immediate start of the work plan to allocate public funds to support and inclusion initiatives.
